Electrical Construction Referral Network (ECRN) Terms & Conditions
1. Overview
The Electrical Construction Referral Network (“ECRN”) is a referral-based program operated by Delta Construction Partners (“Company”) that provides financial incentives to participating members (“Referrers”) who introduce qualified candidates that result in successful placements with the Company’s clients.
Participation in ECRN constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
Referrers must be registered members of ECRN.
Referrals must be submitted through official ECRN channels.
Referrers must have a direct relationship or credible connection to the referred candidate.
The referred candidate must consent to being referred and contacted regarding employment opportunities.
3. Qualified Referral
A referral is considered “Qualified” when:
- The candidate has not been engaged by our client within the past 12 months.
- The candidate has not been engaged by a Company recruiter in the last 30 days.
- The candidate is not currently in an active interview process with the Company or our client.
- The candidate has not been previously submitted by another Referrer within that Referrer’s 12 month ownership window.
The referral must be submitted before the candidate applies or is contacted about the role by DCP or our client.
4. Referral Ownership
Referral ownership is granted to the first Referrer who submits the candidate.
Ownership is determined by time of submission.
Referral ownership remains valid for 6 months from the date of submission.
If the same candidate is submitted by multiple Referrers, only the first valid submission will be eligible for a bonus.
The Company reserves the right to make final determinations in the event of dispute over referral ownership.
5. Placement & Bonus Structure
Referral bonuses are based on the total original client invoice amount (prior to any discounts):

Ambassadors may earn up to $10,000 for successful referrals.
Tier 1: Field Positions, such as wiremen, journeymen, or electricians. Up to $2500 per hire
Tier 2: Field Leadership, such as Foremen, Superintendent, field professional. Up to $5000 per hire
Tier 3: Office positions, such as Estimators or Project Managers of all levels, Up to $7500 per hire
Tier 4: Executive Leadership, such as CEO, COO, Vice President, up to $10,000 per hire
6. Payment Terms and Conditions
Referral bonuses are subject to the following conditions:
- Bonuses are payable only after the Company has received full payment from the client AND
- The referred candidate remains employed through the applicable guarantee period.
- There are no client disputes over fees or otherwise.
No bonus will be paid if
The candidate leaves employment or is terminated for any reason before the end of the guarantee period
The candidate does not start employment
Does not complete the guarantee period for any reason
Payments will be issued Net 30 days following fulfillment of all conditions.
Payments will be made via digital gift cards
7. Additional Restrictions
The Company does not recruit from its existing clients.
Any referred candidate currently employed by a Company client:
- Will not be engaged or placed, and
- The referrer will ill not be eligible for a referral bonus.
8. Program Integrity
The Company reserves the right to:
- Reject referrals that are incomplete, duplicate, or submitted without candidate consent.
- Disqualify any Referrer engaging in fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or manipulative behavior.
- Modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time.
9. Confidentiality & Compliance
Referrers agree to respect the confidentiality of all candidate and client information.
The Company will handle all personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and internal policies.
10. General Terms
All decisions made by the Company regarding eligibility, referral ownership, and payouts are final.
Participation in ECRN does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.
